Welspun Corp Bags ₹1,950 Crore Pipe and Bend Supply Order

Welspun Corp Ltd (WCL), a prominent Indian manufacturer of large-diameter pipes, has announced the acquisition of a significant export order valued at ₹1,950 crore for the supply of line pipes and bends. This new win boosts the company's current consolidated global order book to approximately ₹19,300 crore, as stated by the company.

In its official announcement, WCL detailed the "receipt of a prestigious export order for the supply of coated Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (LSAW) line pipes and bends from India... cumulatively valued at ₹1,950 crore." The company further specified that the execution of these orders is scheduled across the financial years 2026 and 2027.

LSAW pipes are critical components used in the transportation of both liquids and gases, highlighting the significance of this order for Welspun Corp.

Welspun Corp is recognized as one of the top three manufacturers of large-diameter pipes worldwide. The company has established a strong global presence, spanning six continents and over 50 countries, by providing tailored solutions for a wide range of onshore and offshore applications.
