Wardwizard Signs MoU with New York-Based Entity to Develop Advanced Battery Cells.

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer under the brands ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik’, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with C4V, a New York-based lithium-ion battery technology company. The collaboration aims to develop advanced battery cells tailored to meet the specific performance needs of Wardwizard’s electric vehicle portfolio, which includes high-speed scooters and three-wheelers.

The partnership will leverage C4V’s expertise in high charging cycle battery pack architecture, optimal chemical combinations, and breakthroughs in stable LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, designed to perform well in India’s diverse climate. The goal is to create high-performance, reliable battery solutions for electric vehicles.

Under the MoU, both companies will work on defining product specifications, developing prototypes, and conducting rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance. A key focus of the partnership is the commitment to localizing battery manufacturing in India, aligning with the country’s ‘Make in India’ initiative and advancing innovation in sustainable energy solutions.
