"Vipul Organics Receives Environmental Clearance for Expansion at Ambernath Facility"
Vipul Organics has secured approval from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, sanctioned by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) of Maharashtra. This clearance marks a pivotal moment for the company, as it paves the way for expanding its total production capacity from the current 10 MT/M to an impressive 508 MT/M.
In the initial phase of expansion, Vipul Organics aims to bolster its capacity to 250 MT/M. The funding for this expansion endeavor will be sourced through a combination of internal accruals and external borrowings.
Notably, the company has already raised ₹5 crore from its promoters through the issuance of warrants.
Commenting on this milestone, Vipul P Shah, Managing Director of Vipul Organics Limited, remarked, "With this expansion, our facility is poised to become the single largest pigment producer in the country."
