Vijay Shanthi launches villa project in Yercaud

Chennai: Chennai-based Vijay Shanthi Builders today launched villa project at Faber Hills, on the foot hills of Yercaud in Salem District, Tamil Nadu.

The project consists of 99 premium villas constructed in English, Spanish, Belgian and Waterfront style in 19 acres at Kondappanaikkanpatti village, Yercaud. Speaking to Business Standard Suresh Jain, managing director, Vijay Shanthi Builders said that total cost of the project would be Rs 100 crore. The company will fund the project through internal accruals.

Construction work started on Saturday and it will be concluded in 18-24 months. Each villa will cost between around Rs 75 lakh and 85 lakh, Jain said.

The Faber Hills will have amenities such as Wi-fi connectivity, Cråée, departmental store, club house, squash court, sport centres court, health club, Jogging track and visitors park- gated community.

The project involves setting up of 99 villas surrounded by mountains, lush greenery and water body.

He added, 'With this launch, we will over the couple of months announce projects to cater to mid and premium segments in tier two cities'.

Vijay Shanthi Builders recently launched five new residential projects across Chennai targeting the mid income segment. The projects namely Park Avenue, Infiniti, West Park, Lotus Pond and Statue Circle are located at Kelambakkam, Sriperumbudur, Madhavaram, Thaiyur and Ambattur respectively come with premium amenities. at affordable cost.
