Ventive Hospitality Joins Forces with Marriott to Launch Seven New Hotels.

Ventive Hospitality has announced a strategic partnership with Marriott International to develop seven new hotels across India and Sri Lanka. This collaboration is set to significantly expand Ventive Hospitality's portfolio, adding 1,548 keys over the next four to five years.

The planned properties will include a luxurious Ritz Carlton Reserve in Sri Lanka, marking a significant high-end addition. In India, a JW Marriott will open in Navi Mumbai, further strengthening Marriott's presence in the bustling financial hub. Additionally, new hotels under the Marriott and Courtyard brands are slated for development in Varanasi and Mundra, tapping into new and emerging markets. The partnership also includes three properties under Marriott's vibrant lifestyle Moxy brand, catering to a modern and dynamic clientele.

This expansion marks a crucial step for Ventive Hospitality as it diversifies its geographical footprint beyond its current key markets of Pune, Bengaluru, and the Maldives. The new ventures are expected to bolster both companies' presence in key tourism and business destinations across the region.
