Venot Power Infra Project: PTC India Financial Services Issues LOI to Enviro Infra Engineers.

PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS) announced reently that it has issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Enviro Infra Engineers Limited. This LOI, issued on June 23, 2025, is for the resolution of the non-performing asset (NPA) debt of Venot Power Infra Pvt. Limited through a change in management process.

Following an extensive price discovery process, Enviro Infra Engineers Limited emerged as the highest bidder. The gross transaction value for which the bidder was finalized stands at approximately ₹115.61 crores (₹1,15,60,60,660).

The final resolution of Venot Power Infra Pvt. Limited's debt is contingent upon several key steps. These include the acceptance of the LOI by Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, the execution of definitive agreements, the successful receipt of the transaction value, and the ultimate closure of the transaction.
