TVS SCS Infuses Additional ₹100 Crore into Subsidiary FIT 3PL Warehousing.

The board of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (TVS SCS) recently approved an additional investment of up to ₹100 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, FIT 3PL Warehousing Pvt Ltd, to support business expansion.

In a filing with stock exchanges, TVS SCS stated that FIT 3PL Warehousing recorded a turnover of ₹133.18 crore as of March 31, 2025.

TVS SCS had earlier acquired a controlling 69.1% stake in the Bengaluru-based contract logistics provider from FIT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd in November 2021.
