"TVS Motor Company Ltd Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Tamil Nadu"

TVS Motor Company Ltd has solidified its commitment to growth and investment in Tamil Nadu by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Guidance, the Nodal Agency of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The agreement was formalized on January 7, 2024, during the Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet 2024 in Chennai.

Under the terms of the MoU, TVS Motor Company plans to invest Rs. 5,000 crore over the next five years and generate employment opportunities for 500 individuals. The Government of Tamil Nadu (GoTN) will extend support to TVS Motor Company by providing necessary infrastructural assistance and regulatory facilitation, adhering to applicable laws.

This collaboration underscores TVS Motor Company's dedication to contributing significantly to the economic development of Tamil Nadu, aligning with the state's vision for industrial growth and employment generation.
