"Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd Secures Orders Valued at Rs. 232 Crores"

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has clinched orders with a total contract value of Rs. 232 Crores from the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.

The orders entail the designing, engineering, manufacturing, testing at the manufacturer's works, and supply of 5 units of 500 MVA, 400/220/33kV, 3-Phase ICT, as well as 5 units of 500 MVA, 400/220/33kV, 3-Phase Auto Transformers. The scope of work includes providing all fittings, accessories, local transportation, in-transit insurance, loading and unloading, and installation services for complete execution.

The entire project is expected to be completed within 21 months from the date of the issue of the Notification of Award. This significant contract underscores Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd's expertise in the power sector and further strengthens its position in the market.
