TCM Ltd. to develop Kalamassery land.

The Board of Directors of TCM Ltd. in its meeting held on Saturday, 25th June 2022 has considered and entrusted the Managing Director to identity a suitable Joint Venture partner, subject to Due Diligence, to develop Company's Kalamassery land with a view to get maximum value addition to the company.

The land development is to be done by forming a Special Purpose Vehicle or any other suitable entity.
