Sunteck Realty Sells 125 Apartments worth Rs. 200 crore at Goregaon project.

Listed property developer Sunteck Realty has sold 125 apartments generating sales worth over Rs. 200 crore at its residential project SunteckCity at Oshiwara District Centre (ODC) in Goregaon suburb of Mumbai, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

The company has achieved the sales in the last three weeks since the launch of inventory of 225 apartments in its first tower in 4th Avenue SunteckCity. The project is an around 23 acres premium luxury development comprising a mix of retail, residential and commercial.
