Shantha Sriram expands Kompally satellite township.

After the success of the earlier phases, Shantha Sriram constructions is now taking up the third and fourth phase of its satellite township project near Kompally. It will be adding another 156 units to the existing 400 units.

According to its managing director, M Narsaiah, the Rs. 500 crore project will comprise two BHKs and three BHKs ranging in size from 1,150 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft. A few smaller units of about 850 sq ft to 900 sq ft are also available for budget buyers. The company has the basic cost pegged at Rs. 3,000 per sq ft.

The amenities, including parking space, come for an additional Rs. 3 lakh. A unit will, therefore, cost Rs. 26 lakh on an average.

Among other facilities, it will have a swimming pool, gymnasium, health club, indoor games arena, a multipurpose hall, a conference hall, guest rooms, jogging tracks, tennis court, cricket pitch and children's play area. Common facilities will be managed by the company as well as resident associations, Narsaiah said. Intercom facility, generator back-up, landscaping will also be part of the project.
