"Sameera Warehouster Inks Deal for BTS Facility in Ennathur"

Sameera Warehouster, a Chennai-based warehousing solutions provider, has secured a Built-To-Suit (BTS) facility in Ennathur, located along the Bangalore-Chennai Highway. The new warehouse is specifically designed for a prominent automobile component manufacturer.

Additionally, the company has acquired a 137-acre site in Chengalpet, offering the potential for 3 million square feet of development. This acquisition aligns with Sameera Warehouster’s strategy to build a robust infrastructure that supports business growth and innovation.

Development at the Chengalpet site is set to begin shortly, heralding new opportunities for the company. "The facility on the Bangalore-Chennai Highway is more than just an industrial building; it is a strategic asset that will enable our clients to optimize their operations and expand their business presence," said Sandeep Chadha, Managing Director of Sameera Warehouster.

The company plans to invest approximately ₹650 crore in the Chengalpet project, which includes the cost of land and development. Located just 1 km from GST Road, the site is well-suited for manufacturing and automobile companies, providing excellent connectivity to various parts of Tamil Nadu.
