Rustomjee builds luxury residential project at BKC.

Mumbai-based developer Rustomjee has launched a luxury project — Oriana— at Bandra east in Bandra-Kurla.

The project is located at Bandra Kurla Complex Annexe with an area of around 1.25 acres. Oriana would comprise 3 and 4 BHK apartments in wing A— 3 BHK will have areas of 2,016, 1,907, 1,878, 1,816 sq ft priced approximately from Rs 7.5 crore onwards. In wing B, 3 BHK will have area of 2,538, 2,426 sq ft priced from Rs 9.2 crore onwards and 4 BHK will have saleable areas of 3,354 and 3,605 sq ft priced from Rs 12 crore onwards, the company said in a statement.

Oriana is a 21-storey deluxe residential tower and will comprise plush residences located in the new financial hub of Mumbai, Bandra Kurla Complex. The western express highway, Bandra Worli Sealink and airport are within a short drive thereby giving easy access to important destinations, the company statement said. BKC, unlike other CBDs, is emerging as a self sufficient, seamlessly integrated business district. With global businesses shifting base to BKC, the area is witnessing rapid infrastructure development aimed at supporting vigorous commercial activity in the area. The upcoming convention centre is expected to become the hub of international conferences and will further enhance BKC’s appeal as an international business district. International schools, state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, entertainment and shopping hubs are all within a periphery of 2km from Oriana. Further, Oriana is 10 minutes away from the Bandra railway station and Bandra Terminus and 5 km away from the airport. Bandra-Worli sea link, western express highway and the eastern express highway are at a short drive away and thereby making most of Mumbai easily accessible.
