RSWM Ltd has made a significant decision to sell its Thermal Power Plant (2 X 23 MW) due to its current cost inefficiency and redundancy. Today, the company finalized an agreement with Mis. Didwania Trading Company, Bhilwara, for the sale, which involves a consideration amounting to Rs. 48.01 crore plus applicable taxes.
