Resonia, Amber Wings Sign MoU to Deploy Advanced Heavy-Lift Drone Technology.

Resonia Ltd (formerly Sterlite Grid32 Ltd), a leading power transmission infrastructure company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amber Wings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ubifly Technologies Pvt Ltd, to form a joint venture.

The agreement, inked at the Dubai Airshow 2025, aims to revolutionize India’s infrastructure development by replacing traditional manual logistics with autonomous heavy-lift drone systems.

The partnership builds on a successful pilot at the Khavda IV C Transmission Project, where M50 delivery drones transported up to four tonnes of material per day across difficult terrain. According to Resonia, the technology is expected to reduce manual effort, minimize on-ground risks, and accelerate project timelines.
