Realty developer Signature Global eyeing Rs. 645 crore from affordable housing

NCR-based realty developer Signature Global is eyeing Rs. 645 crore revenue from two affordable housing projects in Gurgaon, a top company executive said.

In all, 2383 2bhk units will be available for sale in the two projects including 1061 units in Signature Global Superbia and 1322 units in The Millennia 3, spread over 7.3 acre and 9.1 acre respectively.

The Superbia units are priced at Rs. 23.85 lakh onwards. The price of The Millennia 3, units is Rs. 23.63 lakh onwards.

"Despite Corona disruption, we have successfully delivered our Andour Heights project in sector 71, Gurgaon this year. We have also kept our launch momentum, with 7 new projects already taken off this year,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global.

Focused on affordable housing, Signature Global, has till now launched 18 projects in Gurugram, 2 projects in Karnal, 3 projects in Sohna and 1 Mall in Ghaziabad during the last 6 years.
