Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd Emerges as L1 for Western Railway Contract.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been declared the Lowest Bidder (L1) by Western Railway for a contract focused on strengthening signaling and telecommunication (S&T) maintenance activities. The contract involves providing round-the-clock manpower for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of signaling and telecom equipment across various locations in the Ahmedabad Division.

The contract is awarded for a duration of two years with a total order value of ₹40,41,60,533.80 (Rupees Forty Crore Forty-One Lakh Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Three and Eighty Paisa only). This win reinforces RVNL’s role in supporting critical railway infrastructure and ensuring operational efficiency.
