Prestige Estates arm invests in Lokhandwala DB Realty LLP.

Prestige Falcon Realty Ventures Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects Limited has invested in by way of capital account contribution and entered into the Lokhandwala DB Realty LLP ("LLP") as a partner subject to certain compliances and terms and conditions.

D B Realty Ltd. along with its wholly owned subsidiary continue to maintain its voting and economic interest in the LLP and Lokhandwala Infrastructure Private Limited and its group company, Viceroy Builders Pvt. Ltd. also continue to be a partners in the LLP, as per the agreed terms. The LLP will be known as "Lokhandwala DB Prestige LLP" subject to necessary statutory approvals.
