PNC Infratech Ltd. achieves financial closure for 2 HAM projects.

PNC Infratech Limited (the Company) has announced that two (2) Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Projects namely Gaju Village to Devinagar Bypass (Package IC) and Mathura Bypass to Gaju Village (Package IB) the respective SPVs viz. Hathras Highways Private Limited and Yamuna Highways Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company have received communications from National Highways Authority of India dated 21.12.2022, confirming the achievement of Financial Closure for the said projects.
