As per data, currently over 50 projects are scheduled to be delivered by the end of this year in different parts of the city, while the remaining are slated for delivery by 2020.Most of these are 2 and 3BHK units.

If you don't want to wait for possession and want to invest early in the development cycle then areas such as Madhapur, the financial district of Nanakramguda, Mount Mera Banjara Hills, Maruthi Nagar and Somajiguda on NH-9, among other localities offers 2, 3 and 4BHK apartments on resale. However, the values may vary depending upon the locality, sizes of the apartments and the associated amenities.

At present the demand of both buyers and investors are inclined towards 2 and 3 BHK apartments. This trend was clearly noted in the recent edition of PropIndex (Apr-Jun 2015). Hyderabad being a highly price sensitive market, the 2-BHK format dominates the consumer preference with 53 per cent share followed by 3-BHK units at 38 percent.

Location: What is interesting to know is that majority of the projects are coming up in all the upcoming localities of Hyderabad. Few of these localities are Nagole, Miyapur, Kollur, Gachibowli, Gaghan Pahad, Kavadiguda, Chandanagar, Nallagandla and Serilingampally.
