Omnitech Engineering Secures Long-Term $201M Contract from Weatherford.

Omnitech Engineering Limited has signed a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with Weatherford Products GmbH, establishing a five-year framework for product supply starting 11 March 2026.

The international agreement carries an annual value of approximately USD 2,01,04,120 plus GST (around ₹184 crore), totaling nearly ₹920 crore over the five-year period, reinforcing Omnitech’s presence in the global energy, automation, and industrial equipment sectors.

The contract will bolster Omnitech’s export revenue streams and leverages the company’s precision machining capabilities for safety-critical components. The agreement details were disclosed to BSE and NSE under SEBI regulations by CS Bhoomi Manharbhai Vadhavana.
