Coimbatore: Omaxe Ltd has won the bid from Naya Raipur Development Authority, Chhattisgarh, for development of theme township with golf course on over 400 acres at Naya Raipur. The project value is estimated at Rs 1,200 crore, which shall include the development of residential and commercial buildings, golf villas and a hotel.
