"Ola Electric Aims to Expand Sales and Service Network to 10,000 Outlets by End of 2025"

Ola Electric announced on Thursday its plan to set up 10,000 sales and service outlets by the end of 2025, aiming to extend its reach into smaller cities and towns. This expansion is part of the company's effort to accelerate the electric vehicle (EV) revolution in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, where EV penetration remains low.

To achieve this, Ola has launched a Network Partner Program and onboarded 625 partners across India, with a goal to reach 1,000 partners before the upcoming festive season. By 2025, the company plans to onboard 10,000 partners to support both sales and service operations.

Currently, Ola Electric operates nearly 800 company-owned stores. With the new partner program, it aims to expand to 1,800 sales and service touchpoints by the festive season, giving it a competitive edge.

Chairman and MD Bhavish Aggarwal highlighted the success of Ola's direct-to-consumer (D2C) model, stating that the Network Partner Program requires minimal capital investment and can be scaled rapidly. While company-owned stores will remain central to Ola’s sales and service operations, the partner program will allow the company to penetrate deeper into urban and rural markets.

Ola Electric's product lineup includes electric scooters and bikes priced between ₹74,999 and ₹1,99,999.
