Hiranandani Communities has announced the launch of Parkville, a new residential tower within its 360-acre Hiranandani Parks township at Oragadam near Chennai.

Parkville is a single 13-storey tower with stilt parking and comprises 180 residential units. The project features 2-BHK apartments with a carpet area of around 684 square feet each. Developed on a 1.3-acre parcel within the township, the homes are Vaastu-compliant and follow Hiranandani’s MinMax design philosophy, which emphasises efficient layouts aimed at maximising lifestyle benefits.

Entry-level prices for the apartments start at ₹57.22 lakh, excluding applicable government taxes. According to the company, the project is expected to generate top-line revenues of about ₹105 crore, with delivery targeted for January 2029 in accordance with Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority norms.
