NDR Warehousing Expands to Kerala with 5 Lakh Sq Ft Grade A Storage Facility.

Chennai-based NDR Warehousing has officially expanded its footprint into Kerala's industrial and logistics sector, with plans to establish a 5-lakh sq ft Grade A storage facility. This strategic move follows assurances made during the Invest Kerala Global Summit held in February.

The company has successfully acquired 16 acres of land near Aluva, a key industrial and logistics hub in the state. The acquisition was executed under two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs): NDR Storewell Warehousing LLP, which secured 8 acres, and NDR Space Private Limited, acquiring 8.39 acres.

NDR Warehousing has earmarked a proposed investment of ₹250 crore for FY25 for this project. The facility is set to be a state-of-the-art operation, featuring semi-to fully-automated systems and leveraging high-precision mechanical solutions to optimize both inventory and stock management, promising enhanced efficiency for businesses utilizing the space.
