"NBCC India Ltd Secures New Order"

NBCC (India) Limited has secured a significant contract from the Ministry of External Affairs (GEM Division) for providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) services for the "Construction of Chancery-Cum-Residential Complex at CGI, Jeddah." The project, a MEA initiative with a value of USD 30 million (approximately Rs. 249 crore), underscores NBCC's expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects.

The Ministry of External Affairs has entrusted NBCC with the subject work at a PMC fee of 4.41% (exclusive of taxes), amounting to approximately Rs. 11 crore. This contract highlights NBCC's continued success in securing prestigious projects and further strengthens its position as a leading provider of construction and project management services in the country.
