MRPL, EIL Forge Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Growth in Refining, Petrochemicals & Renewable Energy.

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) and Engineers India Ltd (EIL) have officially inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), signaling a strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating growth across the refining, petrochemicals, and renewable energy sectors.

This partnership is set to open avenues for engineering consultancy services and comprehensive technical support for MRPL's existing refinery operations and its upcoming projects. The scope of the collaboration extends to critical areas such as petrochemicals, biofuels, renewables, energy transition projects, and the development of marketing infrastructure.

The MoA was formally signed by B. Sudarshan, Executive Director (Refinery) of MRPL, and Arul Raj, Group General Manager (Marketing and Business Development) of EIL. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath, Managing Director of MRPL, and Vartika Shukla, Chairman and Managing Director of EIL, underscoring the significance of this alliance for both public sector undertakings. This collaboration is expected to leverage the strengths of both entities to drive innovation and expansion in India's evolving energy landscape.
