MphasiS opens new centre in Hyderbad

Hyderabad: Information technology solutions provider MphasiS has set up its centre here to provide application services support to its clients globally.

Speaking after inauguration of the centre, Mr Jeya Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, MphasiS, said his company was in the process of expanding its footprint in India.

“We are starting small with 100 seats but hope to ramp up the Hyderabad centre to 1,000 over the next 12 months,” he said.

With over 28,000 professionals on its rolls, MphasiS currently operates in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Noida-NCR, Indore, Puducherry, Ahmedabad and Mangalore.

Mr Damodar Reddy, Minister for Information Technology and Communications, Government of Andhra Pradesh, who formally inaugurated the centre, said the IT industry had fuelled the growth of the State economy.
