L&T Technology Services (LTTS) announced recently that it has secured a significant multi-year strategic engineering partnership with TRATON GROUP, a global leader in commercial vehicle manufacturing.

This collaboration will see LTTS provide extensive engineering support across TRATON's ambitious global R&D transformation initiative. The scope of work includes mechanical and software engineering, as well as crucial digital systems integration. LTTS engineers will operate from development hubs located in Sweden, Germany, the United States, Poland, and India, highlighting the global reach of this partnership.

TRATON, the parent company of renowned brands such as Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus, is currently restructuring its global R&D operations. The objective is to achieve cross-brand synergies while simultaneously accelerating the expansion of its battery-electric vehicle portfolio.
