L&T wins Rs. 1,885 cr worth contracts in June.

In June, the power transmission and distribution business of L&T Construction has won big ticket orders amounting to Rs. 1,885 crore.

From the domestic market, a major EPC order has been received from Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. It involves installing air insulated substations and associated lines with complete facilities for the second phase of Odisha Distribution System Strengthening Project. The project is designed to strengthen power distribution system of the Eastern State.

On the international front, major orders have been received from Middle Eastern countries.
