L&T to construct viaduct for the Faridabad corridor

Larsen & Toubro has been awarded contract for construction of entire viaduct for the Faridabad corridor.
This corridor is an extension of line 6. L & T will have to complete the project in 20 months.

In another project, whereas the joint venture between L & T and Shanghai Urban Construction Group has bagged contract for construction of stations and tunnels between Mandi House and Jama Masjid.

The 3.3 kilometre section between Mandi House and Jama Masjid will be completely underground. It will cover three stations - ITO, Delhi Gate and Jama Masjid. The work needs to be completed in 42 months.
