L&T Realty Boosts Portfolio with NCR Land Buy.

L&T Realty has expanded its development portfolio with a strategic land acquisition in the National Capital Region (NCR), marking its first entry into the Gurugram micro-market.

The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary L&T Realty Properties Ltd, has acquired a 100 per cent stake in International Green Scapes Ltd (IGSL), Delhi. The deal gives L&T Realty access to 20 acres of land in Gurugram, with a total development potential of around 3.6 million square feet.

The acquisition strengthens L&T Realty’s presence in NCR and adds to its broader expansion strategy across key urban markets.

In addition to this transaction, L&T Realty and its subsidiary L&T Realty Developers Ltd have collectively completed land acquisitions during FY 2025–26 across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, with an aggregate development potential of 3 million square feet. These deals are expected to bolster the company’s medium-term project pipeline.

The company is also in the process of consolidating its real estate businesses under a single entity, subject to regulatory approvals. Once completed, the merged structure is expected to create a unified platform aimed at capturing growth in India’s real estate sector.

S. N. Subrahmanyan said India’s real estate sector is evolving into a more organised and institutionally driven market. “L&T Realty is building a substantial development pipeline through disciplined and proactive land acquisitions and joint development partnerships,” he said.

Anupam Kumar added that the company’s growth strategy is focused on long-term value creation and disciplined expansion backed by customer trust.
