KPI Green Wins Project from Coal India

KPI Green Energy Limited has been awarded a significant 300 MWAC (450 MWDC) ground-mounted solar project by Coal India Limited, valued at ₹1,311 crore. The project will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis at GIPCL’s Solar Park in Khavda, Gujarat. In addition to the construction phase, KPI Green Energy will manage the plant's operation and maintenance for a period of five years.

Dr. Alok Das, Group CEO of KPI Green Energy, expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating, “We are committed to delivering this project on time while upholding our promise of innovation and sustainability. This project underscores our ambitious goal of reaching a 10 GW capacity by 2030.”

This partnership with Coal India is a significant step forward in KPI Green Energy’s growth strategy as the company continues to expand its footprint in the renewable energy sector.
