Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers has successfully concluded the first nine months of fiscal year 2024, achieving sales surpassing ₹2,000 crore. With a strong performance, the company is poised to meet its ambitious target of ₹2,800 crore for the entire fiscal year and envisions a robust growth trajectory of 25 per cent over the next two years.

While the majority of the company's sales have historically originated from Pune, a notable shift is on the horizon. Kolte-Patil Developers is gearing up for a significant expansion in Mumbai, with a series of launches planned in the upcoming quarters. This strategic move is anticipated to diversify the geographical representation of the company's sales and establish a more prominent presence in the Mumbai real estate market.
