Kochi Metro rollout on Nov 1.

The first phase of the ₹5,300-crore Kochi Metro project will be on the rails well before the year 2016 runs out. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, recently flagged off three train coaches of Kochi Metro, said the project would be ready for commercial operations by November 1, the State's birthday.
