Jumbo Bag Ltd. updates on land sale.

Jumbo Bag Ltd. has executed sale deed on 26th April, 2021 effecting the sale of the Company's land admeasuring 3.40 acre situated at Mouza-Dewanmaro, P.S Kharagpur (Local), District- Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal- 721301, along with the Company's entire right, title and interest in respect of and/ or in connection with the aforesaid Land, and the same has been registered with the Office Addl. District Sub- Registrar (A.D.S.R.) Kharagpur (Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal).

The company also executed sale Agreement on 26th April, 2021 effecting agreement for sale of the Company's land admeasuring 2.21 acre situated at Mouza-Dewanmaro, P.S Kharagpur (Local), District- Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal - 721301, along with the Company's entire right, title and interest in respect of and/ or in connection with the aforesaid Land, and the same has been registered with the Office Addl. District Sub- Registrar (A.D.S.R.) Kharagpur (Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal).

Consideration on the above mentioned Agreement for sale is received in part; balance amount is expected to be received before or at the time of registration of sale deed for the same.
