JTL Infra Limited commissions 1 lac MTPA capacity at Mangaon, Raigad plant.

JTL Infra Limited has successfully commissioned another 1 Lac MTPA capacity at its Mangaon, Raigad plant within envisaged cost and time frame.

Capacity of the Mangaon Plant

Existing : 1 Lac MTPA with sizes varies 15 MM NB to 80 MM NB

Enhanced: 2 Lac MTPA with sizes varies from 15 MM NB to 250 MM NB

The commercial production of the new line has commenced from March 30, 2022.

*With the new capacity the company can now manufacture pipe upto 8mm thickness

Enhanced: 4 Lac MTPA

General applications of product include; transporting water, oil and gas, used for poles and signage, fencing and railing and also fire-fighting etc.

The new higher diameter and higher thickness round, square and rectangular pipes have structural applications which includes:

- Pre Engineered Buildings and green construction.

- Structural steel can find its use in a range of different building types, from high rise, mid rise and residential.

Few examples include prefabricated structures for industrial and warehouse sheds, frame structures for mid rise buildings such as hospitals and schools. Roofing, cladding, arch structure, beam structure for structures like Airports, metro- railway stations etc.

With the commencement of operations of higher thickness and higher diameter pipes, the company will penetrate towards the structural applications.

All the products are available in hot dip galvanized, pre-galvanized and without coated (MS black) grades.
