ITP's CRM system installed at EGIBL
Karachi: Integrated Technology Partners (ITP) have successfully implemented the first-ever Oracle-Siebel Customers Relationship Management (CRM) system in Pakistan at Emirates Global Islamic Bank Limited.
Addressing a press conference at a local hotel on Thursday, ITP's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anwar Matin said that with the installation of Oracle-Siebel CRM solution, the banking industry in the country had now an option to source Pakistan-based expertise to provide world class services to Pakistani consumers.
He said that ITP helped clients to achieve their information management goals by providing technical and practical support at every stage of implementation - from strategy, project management, readiness to business process re-engineering.
ITP is the first-ever Pakistani IT company to carry out an end-to-end Oracle-Siebel implementation in the financial services sector in Pakistan, using a combination of local and internationally trained and accredited resources, he added.
'The bar was set high to make sure that we deliver on time in budget with high quality. ITP team worked under tight deadlines to meet the expectations and we have done it,' said ITP Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ibrahim Hamid.
