Remsons Industries Q2 Net Rises 29%, Secures New Orders.

Remsons Industries, an automotive OEM components manufacturer, reported a 29 per cent increase in net profit for the September quarter, rising to ₹4 crore from ₹3 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s revenue grew 26 per cent to ₹115 crore from ₹91 crore, while EBITDA jumped to ₹13 crore from ₹7 crore, reflecting strong operational performance.

In a strategic move, Remsons has entered into a Technical Licensing Agreement with AUSUS Automotive Systems do Brasil LTDA for technology transfer, aimed at serving Brazilian OEMs.
