As part of the partnership, Infosys will play a pivotal role in consolidating, harmonizing, and modernizing TK Elevator's digital landscape. The objective is to drive continuous innovation and transformation in the company's application and IT environment, leveraging an AI-first strategy powered by Infosys Topaz—an AI-first suite of services, solutions, and platforms utilizing generative AI technologies.

The collaboration will involve the transition of TK Elevator's business applications operations across North America and major European markets to Infosys. This move is designed to enable integrated applications management, unifying underlying infrastructure operations and fostering an end-to-end, business process-focused operational paradigm. Infosys anticipates that this will contribute to a simplified and agile digital landscape.
