HUDCO Signs MoU with NBCC India Ltd to Strengthen Collaboration.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Limited on September 19, 2025, in New Delhi. The non-binding agreement covers the development of several key projects on a turnkey basis as deposit work.

Under the MoU, NBCC will undertake the development of a commercial plot at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), an institutional plot at Panchkula (Haryana), construction of additional blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), and reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in New Delhi.

The MoU was signed by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of HUDCO, and Shri K. P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations, marking a strengthened collaboration between the two public sector entities.
