Hiranandani Group to invest Rs. 1,000 crore to develop 2 million sq ft offices in Thane.

Realty developer Hiranandani Group will be investing over Rs. 1,000 crore to develop around 2 million sq ft additional commercial real estate at its 350-acre Hiranandani Estate township on Ghodbunder Road in Thane near Mumbai.

The company has already developed over 4.1 million sq ft commercial space at Hiranandani Business Park in this township including build-to-suit standalone office towers for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Bayer Cropscience.
