Him Teknoforge Ltd Provides Update on Expansion Project

Him Teknoforge Limited has updated its expansion strategy for a new forging plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Initially planned to be developed through its subsidiary, HimForge Rings LLP, the company’s Board of Directors decided at its September 20, 2025 meeting that the plant will now be established directly by Him Teknoforge itself.

This change follows the company’s recent classification as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME), allowing it to undertake the project independently. The new forging plant will involve a capital expenditure of ₹51.75 crore and is set to be located in Pithampur, Dhar district.

The move underscores Him Teknoforge’s commitment to expanding its manufacturing capabilities while leveraging its MSME status for streamlined project execution.
