H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA) has announced that it has been declared a qualified bidder by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) for a significant Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) project in Gujarat. The company has qualified for a capacity of 300 MW/600 MWh, which is part of a larger 500 MW/1000 MWh project tendered by GUVNL under Tariff-Based Global Competitive Bidding (Phase-VI). This qualification marks a crucial step for HG Infra Engineering in potentially securing and executing a substantial energy storage project in the state.
