Hays Plc unveils its unit in India

Mumbai: Specialist staffing firm Hays Plc has launched its India unit with the aim of providing its contingency-based recruitment services here. As per the recruitment model.

Hays will charge a recruitment fee from its client only if the vacancy (in the concerned company) is successfully filled.

Hays India will help companies recruit people at the senior and middle management levels in sectors such as finance and accounting, IT, marketing, construction, banking and pharmaceuticals.

Globally, Hays is present in 27 countries. The company expects its India unit to breakeven in the next 2-3 years.

It plans to setup offices in Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, and Chandigarh among others.
