HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd–Signature Phytochemicals Merger Aims to Boost Production Capabilities.

HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd and Signature Phytochemicals have completed their merger, creating a combined entity with a consolidated turnover of around ₹600 crore.

The merger, finalized in March 2026, was aimed at streamlining operations, harmonising corporate systems and strengthening governance structures, according to a statement issued by HAB Pharma.

The merged entity is expected to enhance operational efficiency and expand manufacturing capabilities across pharmaceutical segments. HAB Pharmaceuticals has manufacturing facilities for antibiotics and other formulations, strengthening the combined company’s production footprint.
