Godrej Properties Secures Two Plots in Gurugram, Targets ₹3,400 Crore Revenue

Realty firm Godrej Properties has successfully bid for two residential plots in Gurugram, with a total cost of ₹515 crore. The company plans to develop luxury homes on these plots, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,400 crore.



In a regulatory filing on Monday, Godrej Properties announced that it "emerged as the highest bidder and has received the Letter of Intent to develop two group housing plots at premium locations in Gurugram." The plots were acquired through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).



The combined bid value for the two plots totals ₹515 crore. One plot, measuring 3.6 acres, is situated in the prestigious Golf Course Road micro-market, while the other, spanning 1.97 acres, is strategically located in Sector 39 with close proximity to NH 48.
