Godrej Properties Procures 12.5 Acres in Hyderabad for Residential Development

Godrej Properties Limited has made a significant move in expanding its portfolio by acquiring approximately 12.5 acres of land in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. The acquisition reflects the company's strategic efforts to strengthen its presence in key markets across India.

According to the company, the acquired land is situated in a prime location with the potential for developing around 4 million square feet of saleable area, expected to generate revenue of ₹3,500 crore. The project is anticipated to primarily feature premium residential apartments.

Highlighting the attractiveness of the location, Godrej Properties noted the well-developed infrastructure in the vicinity, including schools, colleges, hospitals, and retail outlets. Additionally, the area boasts connectivity to the airport and commercial hubs within the city.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed enthusiasm about the company's entry into Hyderabad, emphasizing the city's status as one of the largest and fastest-growing residential real estate markets in the country.
