Ganesh Industrial Complex Plans Expansion with 8–10 New Private Industrial Parks in Delhi-NCR.

Ganesh Industrial Complex is planning a significant expansion in the Delhi-NCR region, with plans to develop an additional 8 to 10 private industrial parks over the next three to four years.

The Kolkata-based company, which specialises in warehousing solutions and industrial infrastructure for B2B businesses, is scaling up its presence amid growing demand for logistics and industrial spaces in North India.

According to Managing Director Alok Bajoria, the company has already completed construction of one industrial park in Sohna. It has also recently acquired land to develop two more parks in the region—one in Sohna and another in Jhajjar, both part of the broader Delhi-NCR industrial corridor.

The planned expansion underscores the company’s growth strategy as it seeks to strengthen its footprint in one of India’s key logistics and manufacturing hubs.
